Your personal information and privacy are important to Stave® and any information volunteered will be treated with respect and care. At present all our products and services are designed, developed and manufactured solely by Stave® and as such Stave® has no need or purpose to pass on, or disclose to third parties any personal information.
Personal information that you submit to the Stave® website is used to provide the following services: Registration, subscriptions, email, purchasing products, issuing statements and invoices.
Stave® would be obliged to disclose personal information when required to do so by law in respect to any actual or prospective legal proceedings.
This privacy policy may be subject to being altered and updated as necessary and you are advised to read it at regular intervals.
In using the Stave® website you are in agreement that your personal information can be used by Stave® to provide the above services.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

For the following terms and conditions of sale ” we ” and ” us ” means Stave® and ” you ” means you, the customer.
The following terms and conditions of sale outline the obligations that we and you are subject to for orders, purchases, deliveries, receipt and services actioned via the website.

Orders

Following the receipt of an order and drawing approval, we email a purchase order confirmation and an invoice. When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. The order confirmation will include the expected delivery date. Only when we have taken payment will a contract exist between you and us. We reserve the right to withhold confirmation of order if an error has occurred resulting in incorrect pricing of goods.

 

Consumers right to cancel

As a personal consumer you have the right to cancel a contract within a period of 14 days starting from the date you receive the confirmation of order email we will send you. We ask that you notify us by email or phone using the above contact details. If we have not despatched the goods, we will refund any monies received in full by the same means they were paid.
Should you already be in receipt of the goods and still wish to cancel we ask that you notify us by email or phone using the above contact details within 14 days of receiving the goods. We shall then inform you how to return the product or how we will arrange collection. You are liable for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Cancellation rights do not apply to goods that are made to measure, non-standard or customised to your personal preference.
Solely at our discretion we may grant cancellation of goods to your specification and refund your monies less any costs incurred by us.

 

How to pay

We accept Paypal and Bank Transfers.
Each invoice includes an online payment link and bank details. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Payment is accepted in UK Sterling GBP only. All goods must be paid for in full at the point of order before we will despatch.

 

Delivery

We shall advise on delivery in the confirmation of order email we send to you. Our products have some made-to-measure options which will extend delivery times. The Stave® SR-100 rack is delivered by courier as a recorded delivery and must be signed for by the recipient, typically 3 to 6 weeks from confirmation of order. Delivery costs apply, and we will quote these in the conformation of order.
Should you wish for your item to be shipped outside the UK, or are interested in a custom design, please contact us at info@staveaudio.com to discuss a custom shipping quote.
We take all reasonable precautions to maintain adequate stock levels to supply ordered goods by the above times. Should our suppliers cause delays outside of our control we will contact you with details and an updated delivery time.

 

Returns

Satisfaction guarantee.
We take great care at Stave® when making our products, ensuring that every piece that leaves the workshop is made and meticulously finished to the highest standard. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the item/s, less carriage.

Returns policy.
All returned items should be sent back in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and fit for resale.
Any custom made or bespoke orders, including items with custom laminate colours, cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a fault with the item.
Should you wish to return an item, you are responsible for shipping it back to Stave®. We highly recommend making sure it is sufficiently protected and packed as well as properly insured as any damage in transit to the returned item will be at the customer’s risk. We shall inform you how to return the product or how we will arrange collection. Upon receiving the returned item in as new condition, we will issue a full refund to the card used for the original payment. Should the item returned not be in as new saleable condition we will contact you immediately to discuss a settlement.
Please note that refunds can take up to14 days from receiving the returned item.

Faulty or damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outside of the packaging, we kindly ask you to notify the courier company and mark it down on the delivery slip.
If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, we will do our utmost to rectify this error. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@staveaudio.com. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos and a full description of the fault. We will then organise a repair, replacement or refund for the faulty item (a refund including a refund of any delivery or return costs.)  Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

Warranty

All products are covered by a 5-year warranty.
All items covered for defects in parts, materials and workmanship for 5 years commencing from completion of delivery.
The warranty will not cover misuse, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, incorrect installation or bleaching of wood caused by positioning in direct sunlight.
For any natural birch finished products we recommend periodically applied wax polish to maintain protection and appearance.
